Log In

To access Cityworks functionality, you must be logged in.

1. Navigate to your Cityworks site.
2. Enter your Username and Password.

NOTE: These fields may be hidden if your administrator has selected the Collapse Default Login preference in Designer. See Configure Global Preferences in the Designer for 15.8 Guide for more information.

IMPORTANT: When a user enters an incorrect password, they are warned. On the fourth attempt with an incorrect password, they are locked out. The amount of time that they are locked out increases with each incorrect password entry. The administrator can reset their password in Designer.

3. You can log in using ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS credentials if these have been set up for your site. See the Single Sign-on 15.8 Guide for more information.
4. Click Log In.

You are logged into the last app you viewed. For example, if you were viewing Office when you logged out last, Office opens. If you were viewing Respond when you logged out last, Respond opens.

If this is your first time logging in or viewing an app, an app page opens that shows all the apps you have access to.

5. Select the app you want to open.
